| Bio | II have been in pastoral ministry since 1992 when I graduated from Baptist College (Carey) serving in Gisborne as a sole pastor and then Manukau City Baptist as an associate pastor. I transitioned into hospital chaplaincy where I served seven years as lead chaplain in Middlemore Hospital. I now work fulltime in my private counselling practice. I trained in supervision while in pastoral ministry as I was working with a large number of lay leaders in the church and also completed a professional counselling qualification as I was involved with some complex pastoral situations that needed more expertise than I possessed at the time |
